You might want to try with one of the following: 

mysql&gt; repair table  extended;
or
mysql&gt; repair table  use_frm;
In the later case, you&#039;ll have to issue an alter table after to set the auto_increment to it&#039;s proper value.:

mysql&gt; alter table  auto_increment = ;
